Rapid City housing community being built for baby boomers

Terra Sancta is known for its schools, but soon it will be associated with an older crowd. People who are 55 years and older could soon call Good Samaritan Community- Saint Martin Village home.

The Good Samaritan Society of the Black Hills purchased 200-acres of land on Terra Sancta property to build a community for baby boomers.

Up to 50 units can be built on the land, which works out to about 100 units.

The first resident will be able to move in this Fall.
