A group from KOTA territory lends a hand to a neighboring state in preparation for spring floods.  The Black Hills area chapter of The Red Cross sends an emergency response crew to Fargo, North Dakota to help make that city more equipped for a possible flood.

The team will provide food, water and supplies to volunteers and community members, who are filling sand –bags.
